Most haulers price delivery by distance. See Change your delivery area or prices. If your prices follow towns or ZIP codes, or your area has rivers, highways or hills that make distance a bad fit, use one of these instead. To get there: tap Settings, then Delivery area & pricing.

ZIP zones

Set a price for each ZIP code.
  • Create up to 8 zones, each with a name, color and price, like Zone 1 – $65. Tap Add zone.
  • Tap ZIP codes on the map to put them in a zone. Tap Done selecting when finished.
  • One ZIP can have its own Custom price, or be set to Don’t deliver here.
  • Tap Add nearby ZIPs to show more of the area around you. New ZIPs start as Not delivered.

Draw

Draw your own zones on the map.
  • Pick a zone, then trace the area with your finger, or place corners one tap at a time.
  • Give each zone a name and a price.
  • Zones never overlap. If you draw over an existing zone, the first zone keeps that area.

Switching methods

You can set up all three methods, but customers are only charged by one at a time, the one marked Live. The line above the method cards always says which one, like Customers are charged by Distance. Tapping a method only opens it so you can work on it. To make it the one customers see:
  1. Open the method and set it up.
  2. Tap Use [method] for pricing in the banner, then confirm.
  3. Changed your mind? Tap Undo in the message that appears.
Orders already placed keep their price, and the other methods stay saved in case you switch back.

Free delivery with ZIP codes or zones

With Free delivery on, these methods only decide where you deliver. Prices are hidden but saved for later.
  • ZIP codes: tap the ZIP codes you deliver to.
  • Draw: draw the area you deliver to.
