Every order has an invoice with your logo, ready to print, save as a PDF or send to your customer. It’s filled in from the order, so there’s nothing to type.

Find the invoice

Open the order. In the Payment section you’ll see Invoice #1046 with three buttons:
  • View: open it on screen.
  • Print: print it. It’s also in the order’s ⋯ menu as Print invoice.
  • Send: email or text it to your customer.
The invoice number is the same as the order number. An order split into loads gets one invoice that covers every load.

Send it to your customer

1

Tap Send

2

Check the email address

It’s filled in with your customer’s email. To send it to more people, add their emails with commas between them.
3

Text it too (optional)

If you’ve set up text messages, tick Also text the link to send it to their phone as well.
4

Tap Send invoice

Your customer gets a link to their invoice. They can print it or save it, and they don’t need to log in.
Want to paste the link into your own message? Tap Copy link instead. Each invoice you send is noted on the customer’s page in Customers.

Save it as a PDF

Tap View, then Save as PDF. In the print window that opens, choose Save as PDF. On an iPhone, tap Print, then the Share button, then Save to Files.

What’s on it

  • Your logo, business details and store link.
  • Bill to with your customer’s details, and Deliver to with the address, date and time. Pickups show Pickup at.
  • Each material and size, the delivery fee, and any discount with its reason.
  • The card fee and 2% fee, only if your customer paid them.
  • How it was paid, any refunds, and anything still owed.
  • A stamp at the top: PAID, DUE with a date, PARTLY REFUNDED, REFUNDED, or VOID for canceled orders.
Unpaid phone orders get an invoice too. It shows the Amount due, a QR code, and a link to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once your customer pays, the same link shows PAID.

Add a company name or PO number

On the invoice, tap Edit details to add a Company name, a PO or job name, or a Note for this invoice. These only change this one invoice.

Your business details

Tap Settings, then Invoices, to choose what shows on every invoice:
  • Business name, Address, Phone and Email.
  • Tax ID or license number, if you need one.
  • Show my store link.
  • Default note, like Thank you for your business!
  • Payment terms, if you have any.
Tap Preview invoice to see how it looks. Your logo and color come from your store’s design.

The invoice email is with your other customer emails in Settings, then Notifications. You can change what it says the same way. See Change the emails customers get.
