Add or change a product

Add materials, change prices, swap photos, and hide things you’re out of.

Each product is one material you sell, like Hemlock bark or 3/4 minus gravel. Customers pick a size, like 3, 5 or 10 yards, and see the price.

The fast way: premade products

1. Tap Products, then Premade products
2. Tap the materials you sell

   Pick a category on the left, then tap each material. Tap the button at the bottom to add them.

3. Type in your prices

   For each size, type the price. Turn on Go live for the ones that are ready, then tap Save all.

Photos and descriptions are already filled in. You can change them anytime.

Add your own product

1. Tap Products, then Add product
2. Add a photo

   Take one or upload one. Don’t have a photo? Tap Browse photo library.

3. Give it a name and a category

   For the description, you can tap Write it for me.

4. Pick Per yard or Per ton

   Under Sold by.

5. Add your sizes and prices

   One line per size, like 3 yards – $135. Tap Add another size for more.

6. Turn on Live on storefront and tap Save changes

Customers pay your product price plus your delivery fee for their address. If you’ve turned on Free delivery, they only pay the product price, so make sure it covers delivery. Change your delivery area or prices

Change a price or photo

Tap Products, tap the product, make your change, and tap Save changes. Orders already placed keep the old price.

Out of something? Hide it

On Products, tap the Live label on the product so it says Hidden. Customers won’t see it until you tap it again. Hiding is better than deleting, because you keep your photos and prices.

Group products into categories

When you add a product, pick a category like Bark & Mulch or Rock & Gravel, or tap + New category to make your own. To rename or delete your own categories, go to Settings, then Categories.

Let customers pick up at your yard

Open the product and tap the Pick up tab. See Let customers pick up at your yard.

Keep count of how much you have

With Fleet on, each product has an Inventory card. Turn on Track inventory and the app counts what’s in your yard. See Track your stock.

Send a customer a link to one product

On Products, tap Copy link on the product, then paste it in a text or message.

Change lots of products at once

On Products, tick the products you want, then choose Set live, Set hidden, Change category or Delete.

Delete a product

Open it and tap Delete product at the bottom. This can’t be undone.
