When a customer orders, they’ve already paid. You get an email, and the order shows up on your Orders page.

Three taps per order

1

Open Orders

Tap Orders in the menu. Orders waiting for you are listed by delivery day, soonest first. Want a list you can search? Tap List at the top. See Find any order.
2

Tap On the way when you leave

Your customer gets an email saying you’re on the way.
3

Tap Delivered when the load is down

Take a photo of the drop, then tap Use photo. Your customer gets a “Delivered” email with the photo. No photo? Tap Deliver without photo.
Tapped the wrong button? Tap Undo right away. You have about 10 seconds, and the customer isn’t emailed until that time is up.

What’s in an order

Tap an order to open its page:
  • Where it goes, with a Navigate button for directions.
  • The drop point: the exact spot the customer picked for the load.
  • What they ordered.
  • The customer, with Call and Text buttons. Gate codes and notes for the driver show here too.
Tap Orders at the top of the page to go back.
