Fleet is for stores with more than one truck or driver. It’s off by default, and solo haulers don’t need it. With Fleet on you can:
  • Add your trucks with how much each one can carry.
  • Invite drivers and dispatchers with their own logins.
  • Have each order go to a truck that can carry it, automatically.
  • Plan the day on a Dispatch board, and give drivers a simple My Deliveries screen.
  • See every order in a list, and send any order to a truck from its own page.
  • Track the stock in your yard and order from your vendors with Inventory.

Turn it on

1

Open Enable Fleet

Tap Settings, then Fleet. Or, on your weekly schedule, find Have more than one truck? and tap Enable Fleet features.
2

Name your current truck

Give the truck you use today a name, like Truck 1 or Tandem.
3

Turn on Fleet

Tap Turn on Fleet. You land on Vehicles, where you can set how much that truck carries and add the rest.
A Set up your fleet checklist then walks you through adding your trucks, inviting a driver, the driver joining, and the first delivery being marked delivered.

What changes when Fleet is on

Phone tabs change to Dashboard, Dispatch, Driver and Products. Team, Vehicles and Fleet settings appear as tiles in Settings. Your store, checkout and prices don’t change for customers.

Turn it off

Tap Settings, then Fleet settings, and switch off Fleet features. Your trucks, teammates and history are kept, but drivers and dispatchers can’t sign in to your store until you turn Fleet back on.
