With Fleet on, Dispatch replaces the Orders page. Owners and dispatchers can use it.

How orders get a truck

When an order comes in, Bulk Order Hero assigns it automatically to the smallest truck that can carry its weight and volume, runs that day, and isn’t down. The truck’s driver for that day gets it. You can change any assignment on the board.

The board

Pick a day with the arrows or tap the date to open a calendar. The board shows:
  • Needs attention: orders with no truck yet, including loads that No truck fits. Search by name, address or order number.
  • A column for each truck, with that day’s driver. Drag an order onto a truck to assign it. Trucks show Down this day, Doesn’t run this day or Needs capacity when they can’t take orders.
  • Available: orders you’ve posted for any driver to claim.
When everything is covered you’ll see All set: every order has a truck and a driver. Switch between the board and a Map of the day’s orders with the toggle at the top.

Assign an order

Open an order’s menu to:
  • Assign to truck: pick a specific truck.
  • Pick automatically: let the app choose the right truck.
  • Post to Available: offer it to any driver. Drivers who can carry it can claim it from My Deliveries. This needs Let drivers claim available orders on in Fleet settings.
If you assign a load that’s Too heavy or Too big for a truck, you’re asked to confirm with Assign anyway.

Today’s crew

Drivers are attached to trucks by day, not order by order. Under Today’s crew, pick who drives each truck that day. That truck’s orders then go to that driver. A truck that isn’t running that day shows as off. Each truck’s Usual driver from Vehicles is used unless you change it.

Next 7 days

Below the board, Next 7 days lists upcoming deliveries day by day, colored so you can spot orders that still need a truck. Tap a day or an order and the board above jumps to that day.

Order details

Tap an order to see the customer, address and drop point, what’s on the truck, and a Delivery timeline of each status change with the time, the location it was tapped from, and the delivery photo. From here you can also:
  • Mark on the way or Mark delivered yourself.
  • Enter Supply cost and Delivery cost to track your margin. Your dashboard’s gross margin uses these.
  • Refund, which opens Payouts. See Refund or cancel an order.
  • Cancel order. This doesn’t refund the customer, so refund them separately if they paid.
Tap Open order page to see everything about the order on its own page. You can also dispatch an order from its page. See Find any order.

Driver View

Driver View is a simple screen made for the truck: the day’s stops with addresses, directions and call or text buttons. Owners and dispatchers can open it from the menu. Drivers see their own version, My Deliveries. See Driver View and My Deliveries.
