When a customer calls or messages you, put the order in yourself. They pay by card, either with a link you send them or while you’re on the phone.

Start a new order

Tap New order on your Orders page, or on Dispatch if you use Fleet. Already know the customer? Open them in Customers and start a new order from their page. Their name, phone and email are filled in.

Fill in four sections

On a computer, the Summary stays on the right while you scroll. On a phone, it’s in the bar at the bottom. It always shows what’s left to do.
1

Customer

Type their name and a phone number or email. Already a customer? Tap Search saved customers.
2

Delivery or pickup

Pick Delivery or Pickup. For a delivery, type the address and the delivery fee fills in for you. Tap Change to charge a different fee. If the address is outside your delivery area, type the fee yourself.
3

Materials

Search for a material and pick the size. Selling something that isn’t on your store? Tap Custom amount.
4

Date and time

Tap a day, then a time. More dates opens a calendar for later days. Not sure of the time yet? Tap Flexible and confirm it with the customer later.
Each section gets a green check when it’s done. Extras is optional: add a Discount, a Note for the driver, or an Internal note for yourself.

Get paid

Check the total under Customer pays, then pick one:
  • Send payment link: the customer pays by card on their own phone. Under Link works for, choose how long the link lasts: 2, 24 or 48 hours.
  • Enter card now: type in their card while they’re on the phone. If their bank asks them to approve the payment, tap Send payment link instead.
The send button tells you what’s missing, like Pick a day and time to send. Tap it and the page jumps to that section.

While you wait for payment

An order with a payment link shows as Unpaid until the customer pays. Then it works just like an order from your store.
  • Customer lost the link? Open the order and tap Resend link, or Copy link to paste it into a text.
  • They changed their mind? Tap Cancel order.
