For the basics, see Get paid. This page explains everything on the Payouts page.

How the money moves

  1. The customer pays by card when they order.
  2. Stripe holds the money for a few days. You can see it as Pending.
  3. Stripe sends it to your bank. That’s a payout. A payout usually includes several orders.
The Bulk Order Hero fee and Stripe’s card fee are taken out before the money reaches you.

The top of the page

  • Next payout: how much is coming and roughly when. It says Estimated until Stripe sets the date.
  • Upcoming deposits: money In transit to your bank, and money Pending from recent orders.
  • Paid out this month.

Orders tab

One line for every card order. Tap one to see:
  • Customer paid: what the customer paid in total.
  • Bulk Order Hero service fee, and whether you or the customer paid it.
  • Stripe fee.
  • You earn: what you get from this order.
It also shows when that order’s money reaches you: Pending, Available · next payout, or Paid out with the date. This is also where you refund an order. See Refund or cancel an order.

Payouts tab

One line for every payout to your bank. Tap a payout to see which orders were in it. For your bookkeeper: tap Export CSV to download your payouts as a spreadsheet.

Warning messages

These show on Payouts and your Dashboard. Each has a button that takes you to Stripe to fix it.
  • Stripe needs a few details: Stripe needs more information about you or your business. Finish it soon, or Stripe may stop payments.
  • Payouts are paused: Stripe isn’t sending money to your bank right now. Stripe emails you with what to do.
  • Your last payout failed: Stripe couldn’t send money to your bank. Usually your bank details need updating.

Change your bank account

Tap Manage in Stripe on the Payouts page. It opens your Stripe account, where you can update your bank details.
