Every order you’ve ever taken is in one list you can search, filter and download. Tap any order to open it on its own page.

Open the list

  • Without Fleet: tap Orders, then List at the top right. Tap Cards to go back to the cards you use day to day. The app remembers your choice on that phone or computer.
  • With Fleet on: tap Orders in the menu, under Dispatch.

Find an order

  • Search by order number, customer name, phone, email, address, ZIP code or material.
  • Tap a status to see only those orders: All, Open, Unpaid, Ordered, On the way, Delivered or Canceled. Open means everything that isn’t delivered yet. Each status shows how many orders it has.
  • Sort by newest, oldest, delivery date or total.
The line above the list adds it up, like 14 orders · $2,145.50 paid. Refunds are taken off, and unpaid or canceled orders don’t count. Pickups are in the list too. They show Pickup under the date, and Picked up when they’re done.

Filters

Tap Filters for more ways to narrow the list. The list updates as you pick. Tap the button at the bottom, like Show 14 orders, to close the panel. Your filters show as chips above the list. Tap the × on one to remove it, or tap Clear all.
Your search and filters are saved in the page’s web address. Bookmark a list you use a lot, or send the link to a teammate.

Download your orders

Tap Export CSV to download every order that matches your search and filters, not just the page you’re looking at. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with the customer, materials, prices, fees and refunds for each order.

The order page

Tap any order to open its page. At the top, Orders takes you back to the list exactly where you were, with your filters still on. On the order page you’ll find:
  • The status, when it was placed, whether it came from your store or a phone order, and whether it’s paid.
  • The next step button, like Mark on the way or Mark delivered. Undo works the same as always.
  • Delivery: the date and time, the address with Navigate, and the customer’s drop spot and notes.
  • Items, Notes, and the delivery photo once it’s delivered.
  • Customer: call or text them, see how many orders they’ve placed and what they’ve spent, or tap View customer.
  • Payment: the price lines, the total and Refund. The order’s invoice is here too. See Print or send an invoice.
The ⋯ menu has Move back, Resend email, Refund and Cancel order. For an order that isn’t paid yet, it has Resend link, Copy link and Cancel order.

Send an order to a truck (Fleet)

With Fleet on, a paid delivery order with no truck yet shows Needs truck and a Dispatch button.
1

Tap Dispatch

You’ll see the order’s day, time and address, and how big the load is.
2

Pick a truck

Each truck shows its driver, its size and how many stops it already has at that time.
3

Check the driver

It’s the truck’s usual driver unless you pick someone else.
4

Tap Dispatch to the truck

The button shows the truck you picked, like Dispatch to Truck 2. The order goes on the Dispatch board and on the driver’s phone right away. Changed your mind? Tap Undo.
Once a truck is set, the button changes to Reassign. Tap Open in Dispatch to see the order on the board for its day.
