The three numbers
If Available is below zero, you’ve sold more than you have in the yard.
The Inventory page also shows Low at, Days left (how long it lasts at your pace over the last 30 days), Last counted, and a status: In stock, Low or Out. Tap Low or Out at the top to see only those materials.
When stock comes off
You don’t have to do anything. Stock comes off when the material leaves your yard:- Deliveries: when the load is marked On the way. If it’s marked Delivered without going on the way first, it comes off then.
- Pickups: when you mark it Picked up.
- Split or mixed loads: each load takes off its own materials.
Coming up
Coming up shows how much of each material is on paid orders for Today, Tomorrow and the Next 7 days, and whether your stock covers it. If you buy for each load, use it as your pickup list.Get an alert before you run out

Set Low stock at
Under Alerts and selling. The app suggests about a week of sales.
When a material runs out
Under When available runs out, pick one:- Keep selling: customers can still order, and you get an alert. This is the normal setting.
- Stop selling: sizes bigger than what’s left are hidden on your store. At zero it shows Sold out, with your own message if you add one. It comes back by itself when you receive more.
Who can use it
Drivers don’t see Inventory, but their On the way and Delivered taps still take stock off.
