Customers pick a delivery day and a time slot when they order. You decide which ones they can pick. To get there: tap Settings, then Weekly schedule.

Your normal week

1

Turn on the days you deliver and set your hours

If every day is the same, set Monday and tap Copy Monday to all days.
2

Set your time slots

Under Delivery windows, add the time slots customers can pick, like Morning 8 to 12 and Afternoon 12 to 5. Tap Add window for more.
3

Tap Save changes

The button appears at the bottom when you change something.
Each time slot holds one delivery. Once someone books Morning on Tuesday, nobody else can. Want to do more deliveries a day? Add more, shorter slots.

Take a day off

1

Tap Settings, then Calendar & days off

2

Tap the day

3

Turn on Unavailable this day, then tap Save

Customers can’t book that day.
If orders are already booked that day, they aren’t cancelled. Call or text those customers to move them. You can also turn off just one time slot on a day, or add an extra slot for one day only.

More settings

Under Booking rules, Minimum notice is how many hours ahead customers must book. It starts at 12 hours. How far ahead customers can book starts at 30 days.
Under How much can you haul in one delivery?, tap Add a limit. For example: Rock & Gravel, up to 12 tons.
Customers can choose Flexible — any open day this week instead of a time slot. Call or text them to agree a day.
Open means nothing booked yet, Some booked means partly full, Fully booked means every slot is taken, and Closed means no deliveries that day. Changed means that day is different from your normal week.
