Loads that go out come off by themselves. These three are for everything else: material coming in, counting your piles, and fixing the numbers.

Receive stock

When a load comes in to your yard:
1

Tap Inventory, then Receive stock

2

Pick the material and how much came in

Enter it the way your ticket shows it, in Yards or Tons.
3

Add the details (optional)

From (who you bought it from), Ticket #, the cost, a Photo of the ticket, and a note.
4

Tap Add to stock

The button shows the amount, like Add 17.5 yd to stock. It’s added to on hand right away.
Buy by the ton but sell by the yard? Choose Tons. The app converts it with the product’s weight and shows the math, like = 17.5 yd at 2,800 lb per yard. If Tons isn’t there, add a Weight per cubic yard to the product first. Receiving a purchase order? Pick it under For purchase order. See Vendors and purchase orders.

Count stock

Count your piles now and then so the app matches your yard.
1

Tap Inventory, then Count stock

2

Pick the material

The app shows how much it expects, from what came in and went out since your last count.
3

Enter how much is in the yard right now

You’ll see the difference, like 4 yd less than the app expected (4.7%). Saved as shrink.
4

Pick how you measured, then tap Save count

Eyeballed, Bucket count, App or drone, or Scale.
Your count replaces on hand. When there’s less than expected, the difference is saved as shrink, so you can see how much goes missing over time.

Adjust stock

For changes that aren’t a load going out, a delivery coming in, or a count:
1

Tap Inventory, then the material, then Adjust

2

Pick Remove or Add, and how much

3

Pick a reason

Spillage or waste, Used by us, Damaged or contaminated, Returned to stock, Correction or Other. Other needs a note.

History

Open a material to see every change, newest first: loads that went out, deliveries received, counts and adjustments, with who made each one and the amount after it. Nothing is ever deleted. To fix a mistake, use Adjust with the reason Correction. To download your history, tap Export history on the Inventory page and pick the dates. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
